Jeremiah has enjoyed physical fitness for years but really became passionate about the lifestyle in the last four years. After realizing the positive mental and physical effects exercise had on him, he wanted to share the benefits with others and became certified as a personal trainer through the National Academy of Sports Medicine.
In his free time he enjoys weight training, cycling, running, swimming, being outdoors and of course eating. He also volunteers with Back on My Feet when he can find time in his busy schedule. He completed his first marathon in 2014 and is currently training for his second. He plans on competing in triathlons in the near future with an ultimate goal of becoming an Ironman.
