You’re much better off losing weight slowly, maintaining muscle, and learning sustainable habits that work for you. Playing the long game.
I can’t tell you what will work best for you, because, well, I don’t know you. Only you can figure that out.
Sure – there are general rules, but what works for one person may not work for the next.
