Sure, you can start counting calories, macros – there is nothing wrong with that. I do have clients count calories if it makes sense for them.
I prefer habit-based coaching, however. Developing healthy habits will stay with you in the long term, AND they’ll help you drop body fat.
I included a few of my favorite in here – but this is certainly not an exhaustive list. There are plenty of habits you could choose.
You’re going to need to find a friend, partner or coach to help keep you accountable. He or she will make sure you are actually doing what you said you were going to do.
Just text a pic of your habit every day. You can do the same for your accountability partner.
This idea works because it’s simple. And simple gets done.
