 Traditional Session – Traditional 60-minute sessions individualized to client’s goals and needs. Programs are altered every 6-8 weeks to maximize results and “shock” the system.
Power Session – 30-minute sessions designed to achieve maximum results in minimal time. Programs are changed every 6-8 weeks to create muscle confusion and ensure client progress. Geared towards busy professionals who want to push themselves, and get in and get out.
Partner Session – Train with your spouse, significant other, or best friend. Enjoy pushing each other to do your best, or just make fun of your boyfriend because you just beat him in a push-up contest. Choose the traditional or power session based on your needs.
Semi-Private Training – More cost-effective than traditional personal training, groups of 3-6 people train together to reap the benefits of the inherent social support and accountability that’s missing in 1-on-1 training. Traditional one-hour sessions are offered for semi-private training.
 Dietary Analysis – A 5-day food log is analyzed and compared to FDA dietary recommendations. Along with a complete itemized report, general suggestions are given to help track and improve eating habits.
30-minute stretch – Whole body flexibility is assessed, with special attention given to tighter areas. Each stretch is held for a minimum of 30 seconds. Highly recommended for extremely tight individuals whose posture and flexibility hinders their progression.
